My interest in culinary art was inspired by my mother. I have loved cooking since childhood. We have had the opportunity to learn Bengali-Indian cuisine for almost twenty years with various chefs at our own New Panahar Hotel & Restaurant. I completed the Tony Khan Hotel Management Institute Diploma Course in 2018 for the purpose of gaining better knowledge about cooking. Then I complete Level-1 in the ILO Certified SEIP program of that institution for a period of four months. Then I completed RPL Skill Level-1 & Level-2 from Bangladesh Technical Education Board. I worked at several four and five-star hotels to gain more experience in cooking. While I was working, I had the opportunity to work with Chef Khalid, the chief assistant to 23-time Michelin star Allan Ducas. I also worked for international standard Italian chef Shaheen, pastry chef Johir. My dream with cooking is to move forward with the desire to do something much better.
