Hello friends, Today’s recipe is making stuffed tomato. It is a completely different dish. It’s a healthy snack. Everyone from children to adults can eat.   • Mincemeat – 300g
  • Large tomato – 4 pieces
  • Oil & butter – 4 tbsp
  • Garlic – ½ tbsp (chopped)
  • Ginger – ½ tbsp (chopped)
  • Onion – ½ cup (chopped)
  • Green chili – 2 pieces (chopped)
  • Chili powder – ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  • Curry powder – 2 pinches
  • Salt – To taste
  • Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Pepper – 1pinch
  • Curry leaf – 1leaves
  • Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Cheese – 3tbsp grated


• Take a fry pan, heat oil and butter into the frypan, fry garlic, ginger, and onion until brown color. Then add mincemeat, soya sauce, salt, pepper, curry leaf, curry powder stair everything very well, and cool 10 to 12 minutes. Now add ½ cup of hot water and cook for more than 10 minutes. Check test remove from fire and keep aside.
• Preheat oven to 400°F(200°C)
• Cut the tops of the tomatoes and use a knife to cut around the inside, separating the flesh from the skin. Scoop out the flesh. Place the tomatoes in a small baking dish.
• Then stuffed the cook mincemeat into the tomato or pepper. Set grated cheese on the pepper or tomato and bake into the preheated oven for 2 to 3 minutes or until brown color.
